CHARLES TOWN, WV (LOOTPRESS) – One person has won $300,000 on a West Virginia Lottery scratch-off ticket.
According to the West Virginia Lottery, a $300,000 scratch-off ticket was sold in Charles Town in Jefferson County.
The winner has been identified as Robert S. who purchased the Golden scratch-off at Martin’s Food Market located in Charles Town.
The Golden scratch-off is one of the West Virginia Lottery’s $30 tickets.
