Nancy C. Kassay of Robbins Street, Princeton died Monday, September 4, 2023, at her home with her family by her side.
Born in Princeton on April 4, 1937, she was a daughter of the late Andy Duncan and Claudia Vance Duncan. Nancy was previously employed by Maidenform in Princeton and the City of Princeton where she issued parking citations and served as a school crossing guard.
She was a member of the Kee Street United Methodist Church and loved to cook for her family.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a grandson, Jeff Bailey and all of her siblings. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family.
Survivors include her husband Charles Albert “Abby” Kassay and her daughter Jackie Bailey and her husband Jack. Grandson, Chad Bailey and his wife Erin. Four Great Grandchildren, Raegan, Rory, Maverick and Axel Bailey.
Graveside services to celebrate the life of Nancy Kassay will be held, Thursday, September 7, 2023, at 11:00 AM at Resthaven Memorial Park in Princeton with Pastor David Lee officiating.
Those attending the graveside service on Thursday are asked to meet at the Memorial Funeral Directory on the Athens Road in Princeton by 10:45 AM. Online condolences may be shared with the family via www.memorialfd.com.
