BECKLEY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A woman is charged with prostitution during an undercover prostitution sting in Beckley.
According to police, on March 13, 2023, a man observed a white female, later identified as Stephanie Ann Bowman, walking alongside Johnstown Road in Beckley. The man stopped and asked the female if she would like a ride. Bowman agreed and entered the vehicle.
During the conversation, Bowman offered oral sexual acts for the sum of 60 dollars. Bowman was taken into custody and charged with solicitation of prostitution.
She is currently in Southern Regional Jail under a 1,000 dollar bond.
