SUMMERSVILLE, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Disaster Recovery Center is now open in Nicholas County to assist with relief applications.
The center will be open Monday through Friday from 8 AM-6 PM to assist with disaster relief applications from the April 2nd storms.

It is located at 449 Waters Street in Summersville at the Nicholas County Office of Emergency Services.
The center will be open for the next 30 days.
There is also a center open at the Kanawha-Tyler Mountain Volunteer Fire Department in Charleston which operates under the same hours.
