BECKLEY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – Beckley Treasurer Billie Trump has been sworn in as interim City Manager while a search for a full-time City Manager ensues.
Beckley Mayor Rob Rappold announced that he officially sworn in Billie Trump as interim City Manager on Tuesday.

Trump will serve as interim City Manager until the city finds an individual to fill the role full-time.
Trump recently announced his retirement from city government but agreed to stay on as interim City Manager.
City Council voted unanimously to approve a $130,000 salary for Trump.
City Attorney Bill File stated that he expects the City Manager position to be filled by August or September.
