ST. ALBANS, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A St. Albans man faces charges following a breaking and entering incident at a Kanawha County business earlier this month.
The Kanawha County Sheriff’s Office reports that on January 8, 2023, Kanawha County deputies were alerted to a breaking and entering incident at Peerless Block and Brick located at 400 Oliver Street in St. Albans, WV.
Responding to reports, deputies made their way to the scene where they encountered an individual later identified to be Donald C. Shaible, 39 of St. Albans.
Shaible was found to be in possession of tools and reciprocating saw which he admitted to having stolen from inside a utility trailer located on the property of the business.
Shaible was arrested as a result of the incident and faces charges of breaking entering. Upon his arrest he was taken into custody and transported to South Central Regional Jail on a $2,500 bond.
