BLOOMINGROSE, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A Boone County woman faces several charges after having been observed breaking into multiple vehicles on Thursday.
According to the Boone County Sheriff’s Office, on Thursday, April 20, 2023, deputies with the department responded to multiple complaints of a woman allegedly getting into vehicles in the Tony’s Branch/Bloomingrose Area of Boone County.
Following an investigation conducted upon responding to these complaints, deputies arrested Rachel Skeens, 42 years old from Peytona, WV.
Skeens has been charged with two counts of tampering with a vehicle, destruction of property, and breaking and entering a vehicle.
