FAYETTE COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A Hico man is facing Felony Gun charges in Fayette County. Sheriff Mike Fridley provides the following information regarding this incident.
Early this morning November 3, 2023, as a result of an ongoing investigation, members of the Central Regional West Virginia Drug Task Force along with Fayette County Sheriff’s Deputies executed a search warrant at a residence on Arrowwood Creek Road in Hico. As a result of this search warrant, numerous firearms, were found inside the home. Further investigation found the owner and primary resident of the property was a convicted felony.
James “Jimmy” Kenney, 63 of Hico, is charged with the felony offense of Prohibited Person in Possession of Firearms. He will now await court proceedings.
