AUGUSTA, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A man faces multiple charges following an reported trespassing incident.
On Monday, January 8, 2024, authorities in the Hampshire County area responded to a male individual refusing to leave a premises from which he had been trespassed.
Upon responding to the scene, authorities detained Gavin Lee Haymond, who was subsequently charged with two counts of Trespassing – Asked to Leave, and one count of Possession of a Controlled Substance – 1.
Haymond was taken into custody and transported to Potomac Highlands Regional Jail.
