“It’s always great to have businesses open up in our community. We appreciate Robbie and his crew for coming here and revitalizing this little area here and this building, making a business, and providing a service here that our community can use,” said the Republican Delegate.
“We’re so glad that you’re here. You’re part of our community, you always have been. Congratulations, and may God bless you.”
Ascential Buildings owner Robbie Ward also addressed those in attendance on Thursday, detailing his own professional journey and thanking guests for for their support.
“It’s a privilege to be here. I got started in the storage building business in 2009 here in Beckley, jumped out for a little bit, went to nursing school, and then while I was in school decided to get back in,” he explained.
“I love buildings; it just seems like such a practical solution. I love people; I love employees; I love providing a good work environment with them and fostering growth and development for them, and I just love sales; I love business,” he continued.
“So I’m so thankful to be here and that God’s allowed us to have this opportunity. So thank you guys all for joining us, this is a very special occasion for us. This is actually the first official ribbon cutting that I’ve had, and the first lot I’ve opened from scratch. So I’m excited for you guys being here for this special day for us!”
