MERCER COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – Charles Lee Dawson, 43, of Bluefield was arrested by Mercer County Deputies for the murder of Keri Michelle Billings, 32, also of Bluefield.
Keri Billings died as the result of a single gunshot wound.
Charles Dawson was charged with first-degree murder and was arraigned by Magistrate Honaker. Due to the crime, he did not receive a bond and was remanded to Southern Regional Jail.
This is an ongoing investigation.
The lead investigator is Detective-Corporal M. T. Hatfield.
