SOUTH CHARLESTON, WV (LOOTPRESS) – BVCTC recently launched an online tool that allows prospective students the ability to book virtual appointments directly with a financial aid advisor to discuss and ask questions about financial aid, grants and scholarships. The page is organized by topic, and students using the tools can select a specific topic and book a slot with an expert that can advise the student on that topic.
Roy Simmons, Associate Vice President of Enrollment Management at BVCTC, said the college hopes this tool makes financial resources more accessible to students so that they can further pursue their educational and career goals.
“With this new tool now offered by BridgeValley, community members interested in attending BV can now book a virtual appointment to talk to a team member about money to pay for college,” Simmons said. “The option to meet virtually has been working very well for prospective students, and we project our community will find great value in using this when weighing the options to attend college.”
The website is live now and taking appointments.
