LEWISBURG, WV (LOOTPRESS) – The City of Lewisburg announced the winning participants of the 2023 Shanghai Parade on Wednesday.
The event was held at 2:00 PM on New Years Day, and saw the parade traverse a route from Lee Street to Church Street, with judges stationed at City Hall on Washington Street.
A litany of categories were available for participants, including Best Dresses Farm Equipment, Antique Cars, Equestrian, and many more.
Judges Mary Baldwin, Todd Ramboldt, Connie Knapp, and Jim Knapp convened to determine the winners for the event, which ran for roughly 45 minutes and was emceed by Steve Hunter.
