YADKIN COUNTY, NC (LOOTPRESS)— On Monday afternoon, a Yadkin County Sheriff’s Office deputy received random texts from an unknown number.
The texts included a video displaying marijuana and prices for various amounts. When asked if they would like to meet up in Yadkinville, the person sending the texts said that they were on their way.
Needless to say, deputies obliged, and their ACE Team met the individual (although the deal likely did not go as he’d planned). The individual on the sending end of the texts was identified as Infinite Chancelle Hamza Stern, 27, Walkertown; he was arrested at the scene and charged with the following:
• 1 felony count of Possession with Intent to Manufacture, Sell, and Deliver a Schedule VI Controlled Substance
• 1 felony count of Maintaining a Dwelling/Vehicle for the Sale of Controlled Substances
• 1 misdemeanor count of Possession of Marijuana Paraphernalia
• 2 misdemeanor counts of Child Abuse
• 1 misdemeanor count of Driving While License Revoked
Stern received no bond due to being out on bond for other pending charges and is scheduled to appear in Yadkin County court on April 10th, 2024.
