CHARLESTON, WV (LOOTPRESS) – Judge Dan Greear announced today that he has officially filed for the Intermediate Court of Appeals of West Virginia. Judge Greear was appointed to the Intermediate Court of Appeals by then-Governor Jim Justice. “As a Judge on the Intermediate Court of Appeals, I have and will always respect and follow the Constitution. I am proud of my record for bringing much-needed transparency and accountability to the Appellate process in West Virginia,” said Judge Greear. “We have efficiently decided nearly 2,000 cases at the ICA so far, and I am most proud of how we protect West Virginia families when they are at their most vulnerable.”
Judge Dan Greear has been a lifelong resident of South Charleston, West Virginia where he lives with his wife, Amy. They have two grown children, Josh, who currently serves as a Captain in the United States Marine Corps, and Ben, who is completing his third year of law school.
