MILTON, WV (LOOTPRESS) – One man has been arrested on a warrant and drug charges following a disturbance call.
According to the Milton Police Department, when responding to a disturbance call at Hidden Brook apartments, officers encountered Hassan Assi, 32, of Ironton, Ohio who had an outstanding Grand Larceny warrant from Nitro.
After being arrested, Assi was found to be in possession of methamphetamine as well as prescription drugs for which he had no prescription.
Officers charged him with two counts of drug offenses and a felony warrant.
He was lodged at Western Regional Jail in lieu of a $26,000 bond.
