MOUNT HOPE, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A man is facing charges after breaking into a home and urinating on victim’s bed.
On June 20, 2024, deputies in Fayette County responded to a burglary complaint in Mount Hope.
Sheriff Mike Fridley states the victim reported that as he returned home that evening, he recognized a familiar male leaving his residence and heard the man say he had left a “present” for the homeowner.
Once inside, the victim discovered his bed and surrounding area were soaked in what he believed to be urine.
The deputies obtained warrants, and on July 29, 2024, they conducted a traffic stop and arrested the suspect, 30-year-old Justin R. Craigo of Oak Hill. Craigo has been charged with the felony offense of burglary.
