OAK HILL, WV (LOOTPRESS) – New River Animal Rescue of Fayette County has announced plans to host an “Empty the Rescue” adoption event in conjunction with Giving Tuesday.
The goal of the event will be to raise funds to cover adoption fees of New River Animal Rescue’s current roster of adoptables in hopes of finding their “furever” homes this holiday season.
“No donation amount towards and adoption fee is too small,” says Stephanie Paynter, a volunteer with New River Animal Rescue.
“We will also be offering the option to our doners/supporters to provide a goody bag for the animal to go to their new home with that will include a new bowl, collar, a bag of their favorite treats, and a gift card to purchase a bag of food for them.”
The “Empty the Rescue” fundraiser and adoption event will be launched on Giving Tuesday, November 28, 2023, and more information can be found at the New River Animal Rescue Facebook page.
