OAK HILL, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A registered sex offender is back in jail after he allegedly sexually abused a boy.
According to Oak Hill Police, a call came in from a mother about her son being sexually abused by a nearby neighbor. The victim’s mother told police that James McClure had sexually abused her son, and he was a registered sex offender.
An Interview with Just for Kids Advocacy Center was conducted, and the child told authorities that James McClure touched him and McClure made him touch him. The alleged incidents happened several times.
McClure is charged with sexual abuse by a parent, guardian, custodian, or person of trust. He is being held in Southern Regional Jail under a 50,000 dollar bond.
