OpEd: Americans Should Not Be Fooled

Tyler Barker by Tyler Barker
Thursday, February 18, 2021 3:21 pm
?????????????????????????????????????????

?????????????????????????????????????????

Beginning immediately after President Trump’s victory in November of 2016 the democratic party and their allies in the news media and other powerful institutions began questioning the results of the 2016 election with no evidence to support their claims.  The basis of their attack on his election was that there was coordination between Trump officials and members of the Russian government that led to Trump’s decisive and surprising victory.  With zero evidence they pushed this narrative for four years and their leaders made daily claims that there was irrefutable evidence that President Trump coordinated with operatives of the Russian government.  After millions of dollars and years wasted the result was that there was zero evidence of any collusion between any member of the Trump team and Russia.

As soon as the Russian allegation fell flat on its face the democrats and their media allies demanded that Trump be impeached for making a phone call to the incoming Ukrainian president.  This attempt to delegitimize President Trump, his election and his supporters also failed when the Senate found that the president was not guilty of an impeachable offense.  Turns out it is not an abuse of power to ask another country to investigate corruption, even if the corruption was committed by Joe Biden’s son.  From day one to this moment the democratic party and their ilk have attempted to undermine President Trump and the millions of Americans who have supported him.

It is now just days after our most recent election and the democrat leadership, and the media have proclaimed Joe Biden president despite the legal contests being raised by the president’s legal team.  The legal actions questioning the validity of the vote count in Philadelphia, Arizona, Nevada, Detroit and Atlanta need to be investigated, heard and adjudicated.

The fact that the media has proclaimed Joe Biden president-elect does not mean much to the average American at this point, and it should not.  The American people are a forgiving and optimistic people by nature, but they are not blind, and they are not dumb.  They remember the media’s refusal to cover any negative story about Barack Obama.  They recall in 2016 when our ambassador was murdered in the streets of Benghazi and the media treated us as idiots by telling us that it was all over a YouTube video.  They understand that in the months and weeks leading up to this election the media engaged in a frenzied effort to ensure that President Trump was defeated.

On Tuesday, November 3rd, America watched as President Trump exceeded expectations in the key battleground states of Florida and Ohio, winning both by comfortable and historic margins.  He was winning bellwether districts all over the country and was leading in every battleground state except Wisconsin.  His lead in Pennsylvania, Georgia and Arizona was in the hundreds of thousands.  On Wednesday morning Americans woke up to a completely different electoral map with Biden gaining huge chunks of votes while the president’s numbers had stagnated. In a vacuum this may not seem so unusual or suspicious, however elections do not occur in a vacuum.

As the President appeared to be closing in on the 270 electoral votes he needed to win, something strange began happening that I have never witnessed in any past election.  Cities like Philadelphia, Atlanta, and Detroit reported that they were going to stop counting votes until the next day.  The media was refusing to call Florida and other states that Trump was easily ahead until they reached 99.9 percent while at the same time calling states for Biden immediately upon their polls closing.  The media refused to call Alaska for Trump despite his lead of twenty plus points and over half of the vote being counted.  Americans were confused as to why there was an obvious reluctance to call states for Trump by the media and why democratic run cities were choosing to stop counting votes altogether on election night. At the time it seemed strange, but now it all makes more sense.

Just days before the election Joe Biden stated that his team “had put together the most extensive and inclusive voter fraud organization in the history of American politics.”  This statement was made publicly and is there for the world to see (at the moment.) Of course, those in the media and the left are saying that he just simply misspoke, but that is a very odd statement to make when voter fraud is not even being discussed.  Based on the way things have played out over the past few days it appears that Joe Biden’s statement was 100 percent correct whether he meant to say it or not.

There are thousands of affidavits by election workers claiming that they witnessed fraud in these cities on a massive scale and video evidence backs up many of their claims.  We have seen election officials filling out ballots, throwing away ballots and bringing in hundreds of thousands of mail-in ballots that somehow broke 120,000 to 0 in Biden’s favor.  As if this was not enough to at least warrant an investigation by our media, these same cities refused to allow observers in to monitor the handling of votes and their tabulation.  Cities like Philadelphia and Detroit are known for their corrupt democratic governments and for corrupt elections that help their leaders maintain one-party rule over these cities.  The fact that they stopped counting on election night, refused to allow observers, and have tallied these votes with little to no transparency makes many question the validity of their stated results.

The media had to hold back calling states for Trump until the very last minute because it would have been more difficult to explain a Biden comeback if Trump was just a state or two away from 270 at the end of Tuesday night.  Philadelphia, Atlanta and Detroit had to stop counting Tuesday night because they were unsure how many votes they needed to overcome an ensuing Trump victory.  After midnight, the corrupt democrat machines in these cities went into overdrive to ensure that they could come up with enough Biden votes to defeat Trump’s lead.

We are all supposed to believe that President Trump, with a huge enthusiasm advantage, unprecedented rallies, record minority support and winning every bellwether district in the nation lost to Joe Biden.  Joe Biden did not even bother campaigning and most people could not tell you one of his policies much less his platform.  We would be made to believe that he received more votes than Barack Obama in places like Detroit, Philadelphia and Atlanta.  The American people aren’t buying Biden’s victory and they are correct in their suspicions that things are not adding up.

Democrats occasionally make truthful statements, by accident or by providence, and Nancy Pelosi was spot on when she claimed that her party was winning the war right now and that is her number one priority.  Americans, and especially conservatives, must understand that the democrats’ lust for absolute power and control is bound by nothing and that we must fight to protect this nation from those whose only agenda is to gain more power for themselves.  Kamala Harris was also correct when she stated that democracy was on the ballot in this election.  Unfortunately, her idea of democracy is ensuring that conservatives are silenced, marginalized, and discouraged from even participating in politics going forward.

We must remain strong and defiant in the face of what our nation is now facing.  Americans must demand transparency, accuracy, and validity in their elections.  Without these things we are doomed as a nation.
