BECKLEY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – The Raleigh County Commission has announced an upcoming Organizational Meeting which will address the functions of the entity moving into the upcoming year.
The meeting, set to take place concurrently with the commission’s standard Regular Meeting on Tuesday, January 3, 2022, will feature a brief agenda consisting primarily of ‘new business’ items.
Along with the first ‘new business’ item – the nomination and election of County Commission President, the docket will see the county commissioners approving commission rules and regulations, next year’s holiday schedule, and the upcoming 2023 pay period.
