Peter Joseph Samosky, 79, of Spanishburg, died suddenly Monday evening, August 9, 2021, at his home. Born March 21, 1942, in Beccaria, PA, he was the son of the late William Stephen Samosky and Anna Thressa Zelinsky Samosky. Mr. Samosky had worked for the Chrysler Corporation in Newark, Delaware for 10 years and retired from the Landscaping Business. While his health permitted, he loved the outdoors, especially hunting, fishing, and his dogs. His family was very important to him. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two siblings and their spouses: Bill and Clara Samosky and Joan and Clyde Faust. Survivors include his devoted wife of 56 years, Alma Joe Hutchens Samosky; Two sons, Robert Joseph Samosky and wife Tracy Kevin Peter Samosky; Four grandchildren; Two siblings, Vincent Samosky and wife Janet, and Mildred Belis; Several nieces and nephews. A time of gathering and sharing will be held 2:00 P.M. Sunday, August 15, 2021, from the Burns Wornal Chapel of the Memorial Funeral Directory on the Athens Road in Princeton, a Memorial Service will follow at 3:00 P.M. with Eddie Wimmer speaking.
