BARBOUR COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – In the early morning hours on Monday, March 6, 2023, at approximately 4 AM, an incident took place near the intersection of Crim Avenue and Brown Avenue in Belington, West Virginia.
What started off as an argument quickly escalated into a shooting incident involving a handgun. The shooting left one female person injured and the vehicle she was in, was damaged with bullet holes from the gunfire.
The injured female was transported to the hospital and treated for her injury. She is recovering at home and the incident is still under investigation.
The Barbour County Sheriff’s Department is asking If anyone knows the whereabouts of one Matthew Logan Frame, age 36, please contact the Barbour County Sheriff’s Department at

Frame is currently wanted in regards to questioning concerning the incident and was last seen driving a 2018-2019 Black GMC Terrain SUV. Police urge people not to approach Frame as he is considered armed and dangerous and that any information that would lead to Frame’s whereabouts would be appreciated.
