ELKINS, WV (LOOTPRESS) – Parking behind Seneca Mall in Elkins will be temporarily closed starting Sept. 25th at 7 a.m. and ending Sept. 27th.
The City of Elkins Wastewater Collection Department will be paving over a previous stormwater installation that passes through the center section of the parking lot.
This section of the parking lot will be closed, as well as Kerens Ave. between 2nd St. and 3rd St. during this time.
