WESTON, WV (LOOTPRESS) – Stonewall Resort will host a series of holiday-themed events throughout the month of December that will appeal to everyone – from children and families to those interested in spending the season with that special someone.
“We call these event and activity filled weekends “Lakeside Holiday Traditions” and we encourage people to celebrate this special time of the year with family or loved-ones in the cozy, amenity-filled confines of Stonewall Resort,” said André D’Amour, general manager of Stonewall Resort.
D’Amour said the following activities and events will be offered throughout December:
Christmas With The Rat Pack, Dec 2nd
Featuring a three-course dinner and a show, guests will step back in time to enjoy Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin and Marilyn Monroe performing holiday classics together once again. Packages include overnight accommodations, dinner, the show, and more.
Santa Dance Party, Dec. 10th
Don your best Santa or holiday character costume for a festive dance party in the Stonewall Ballroom. Dance the night away as DJ Correct performs upbeat sets of party anthems from 9pm-Midnight. Silent Night Murder Mystery, Dec 16th
Featuring a special three-course dinner and a murder mystery comedy performance based at a luxury winter resort where the guests have been snowed in and the proprietor is found murdered! Guests will have a ball figuring out whodunit. Overnight packages are available and include lodging, three-course dinner, the event, and more.
Dueling Pianos Experience, Dec 17th
Sing, dance and laugh as two esteemed pianists come together to perform interactive covers of classic hits. This high-energy concert is part rock show, part comedy performance and all sorts of craziness rolled into one big outrageous event where the audience picks the playlist.
Christmas Eve Dinner, Dec. 24th
Offering a full complement of holiday favorites, this special Christmas Eve dinner in Stillwaters Restaurant will be offered from 5-9pm. Reservations are required and can be made by calling (304) 269-8880.
Christmas Day Dinner, Dec. 25th
Offered in both Lightburn’s Restaurant perched high atop the resort property and in Stillwaters Restaurant lakeside, guests will enjoy special menus perfectly tailored for this most special of holidays. Reservations are required and can be made by calling (304) 269-8880.
The weekends of December 2nd, 9th, and 16th will also feature:
- Breakfast with Santa in Stillwaters Restaurant on Saturday mornings from 9-10:30am.
- Brunch with Santa each Sunday from 11am-12:30pm.
- Artisan workshops.
