JEFFREY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – The execution of a residential search warrant on Tuesday has led to the arrest of four individuals on drug related charges.
According to the Boone County Sheriff’s Office, on Tuesday, March 21, 2023, members of the Boone County Sheriff’s Office along with members of the US 119 Drug Taskforce executed a search warrant at a residence located at 20028 Spruce River Road in the area of Jeffrey, West Virginia.
The execution of this warrant resulted in the arrest of the following individuals:
Roger Cooper Jr – 43 years old of Jeffrey, WV – charged with possession with intent to deliver fentanyl, conspiracy, prohibited person with a firearm
Emmett Frazier – 49 years old of Jeffrey, WV – charged with possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine
Kasey Dawson-Lane – 33 years old of Jeffrey, WV – charged with possession with intent to deliver fentanyl, conspiracy
Jonathan Ball – 40 years old of Hewett, WV – charged on multiple active felony warrants out of Logan County, home confinement violation out of Logan County
