CHARLESTON, WV (LOOTPRESS) – TC Energy announced on Monday that it would be moving its office and 450 employees to Downtown Charleston.
Charleston Mayor Amy Shuler Goodwin says that she’s excited about the move.
“We are thrilled TC Energy has made the decision to remain in Charleston, invest in a new facility along Kanawha Boulevard, and bring the company’s 450 employees to our Downtown,” Goodwin said.
“TC Energy has had a strong presence in Charleston since the 1950s and its employees continue to play a critical role in delivering energy throughout our country.”
For more than 70 years, TC Energy has proudly operated pipelines, storage facilities and power-generation plants that support life in Canada, the U.S. and Mexico.
The facility is expected to cost $60 million.
