(GAMESPRESS) – “Helping the village of the Smurfs with their lost shoes, mops and other items is key. The Smurfs will happily teach the player about quite a few things in return – isn’t this what friendship is about?
The Smurfs: Learn and Play lets kids analyze different pictures – it builds focus and attention to detail. There is a number of objects hidden in each illustration – and some are quite a challenge to find! The game has a few other modes for kids; pairing up a Smurf and their shadow, learning how to read a clock, and getting to know letters.
The game itself is bright and happy, with easy-to-follow objectives. It manages to keep a good balance between being challenging and fair – especially when it comes to the hidden objects aspect.
In the beginning of December a second game will join its Smurf friends on Nintendo eShop – The Smurfs: Colorful Stories will awaken an artist in every younger player.
The Smurfs: Learn and Play is available now for Nintendo Switch console users. ”
