WILLIAMSTOWN, WV (LOOTPRESS) – Ona and Culloden Volunteer Fire Department units were dispatched to Cooper’s Ridge Road on Tuesday to assist Milton Volunteer Fire Department in a structural fire situation.
The 400, 500, and 700 units were eventually able to quell the flames, though the home at which the incident occurred was ultimately considered a loss.
But most importantly, no injuries or deaths were incurred as a result of the fire, as the residents of the location were not present at the time of the incident.
Upon neutralization of the flames, all units involved were able to clear the scene safely.
“It is always a pleasure to help our neighboring departments and the communities..which we serve,” read a statement released from the Ona Volunteer Fire Department.
