BOONE COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A West Virginia man is facing charges after he allegedly sexually abused a six-year-old.
According to the West Virginia State Police, a complaint regarding sexual abuse was received in the Danville area of Boone County. The mother of the child said Dyllan Wyatt Richmond touched her daughter in her private area while she was asleep on the couch. The mother said she and Richmond were living together as romantic partners.
The child said she was asleep on the couch and was woken up by Richmond’s hand touching her private area. He tried to roll her over and then got up and left.
Richmond is charged with sexual abuse by a parent or guardian and first-degree sexual abuse. He is being held at the Southwestern Regional Jail under a $100,000 cash-only bond.
