RITCHIE COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – On Thursday, September 07, 2023, the West Virginia State Police were advised by the Ritchie County Prosecuting Attorney’s office of an arrest warrant issued for Joseph Comer for violation of his bond.
Ritchie County Prosecutor notified Joseph Comer’s attorney of the warrant for arrest and requested that Joseph Comer turn himself in at the Ritchie County Courthouse.
On Friday, September 8, 2023, Joseph Comer turned himself into the Parkersburg Police Department based on the warrant for his arrest.
As of the release of this information, there are no additional details as to future bond proceedings. Joseph Comer has been and remains on administrative leave with the West Virginia State Police.
