INSTITUTE, WV (LOOTPRESS) – West Virginia State University (WVSU) Extension Service will host a fall tree care workshop on the university’s Institute campus on Saturday, October 9, from 9 a.m. to noon.
Participants will learn how to properly prepare, mulch and prune trees to withstand snow and ice loads.
All tools will be provided, but participants are advised to bring their own work gloves and dress appropriately for the weather. The event will take place at WVSU’s Curtis Complex, Building No. 27 on the Campus Map.
The workshop is free to attend. Participants can register online at wvstateu.edu/ANR.
