OAK HILL, WV (LOOTPRESS) – It has been announced that former heavyweight champion, WWE color commentator, and Memphis wrestling legend Jerry “The King” Lawler will be making his way to Oak Hill, West Virginia for an appearance next month.
The announcement came from RetroReset Video Games & Collectibles, where Lawler will be present for photo opportunities and autograph signings with fans.
RetroReset Video Games & Collectibles Co-Owners Shannon Ingram and Clay Williamson are seeking to make exciting content and entertainment – often reserved for larger areas at unrealistic price points – more accessible to local fans.
“For us it’s all about bringing bigger and better things to the area,” says Williamson.
“We wanted to do something no one else around here was doing. We wanted to bring in some big name people for our customers without them having to go to a big expensive convention, [and] we hope this is the first step in some really big and exciting things,”
The event will take place at the RetroReset Video Games & Collectibles location at 1440 E. Main Street, Oak Hill, WV, 25901 from 11:00 am – 2:00 pm.

Jerry “The King” Lawler is one of the most recognizable, beloved, and decorated figures in the history of professional wrestling, having won an astonishing 168 championships since his 1970 in-ring debut. During the famed “Attitude Era” of WWE (then WWF) wrestling, Lawler brought his talents to the announcers’ table alongside legendary commentator Jim Ross, with whom he formed what has perhaps become the most beloved commentating partnership in the history of the business.
