WYOMING COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A Wyoming County man faces several charges after he allegedly forced a woman to have sex.
According to Wyoming County Deputies, Richard Webb III, entered a home in Kopperston and asked the victim if she was alone, which she said, yes. She told Webb that he could not be walking in like that. The suspect asked the victim if she wanted to have sex, and she said yes, because she was afraid he would hurt her due to him stating he he would kill her before. The victim said Webb was under the influence.
Webb then started forcibally taking the victim’s clothes off and forcing sexual intercourse with her, and started choking her.
Webb eventually left the home and the victim called her motherand reported it to 911.
Webbis charged with burglary, strangulation, and sexual abuse. He is currently in Southern Regional Jail under a 50,000 dollar bond.
