According to the West Virginia Lottery, a winning $20,000 ‘XXXXX’ scratch-off winner was sold in Fayetteville on Wednesday, August 7, 2024.
The winning ticket was purchased at Balls Grocery.
The winner has been identified as Florence S. by the West Virginia Lottery.
Only three $20,000 winners remain, and only two $100,000 winners (the top prize) remain for this scratch-off.
