RALEIGH COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A lucky West Virginia Lottery player recently won $20,000 on a scratch-off purchased in Raleigh County.
According to the West Virginia Lottery, a winning $20,000 scratch-off called “$100,000 Jumbo Cash” was sold in Ghent.
The winning ticket was purchased on December 11, 2025, at Par Mar Oil #179.
The scratch-off is $20 and has a top prize of $100,000.
