SOPHIA, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A $20,000 scratch-off winner was recently sold in Raleigh County.
According to the West Virginia Lottery, a $20,000 winning ‘$100,000 Jumbo Cash’ scratch-off was sold in Sophia in May.
The winning ticket was purchased at Go-Mart #40.
The winner has been identified as Monica F. by the West Virginia Lottery.
