CHARLESTON, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A West Virginia Lottery player is now $25,000 richer.
According to a list of September 2025 winners, a $25,000 scratch-off winner was sold in Charleston last month.
The ticket, a $5 Win 5X scratch-off, was sold at Little General #4150 in Charleston.
The winner has been identified as Cheri H. by the West Virginia Lottery.
