According to the West Virginia Lottery, a $300,000 scratch-off winner was sold in Wyoming County last month.
A $300,000 winning “Bonus VIP-Blowout-Club-Spin” scratch-off was sold at the E-Z Stop in Brenton in February.
The winner has been identified as Danny H. by the West Virginia Lottery.
$300,000 is the top prize for this specific scratch-off.
