BARBOUR COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A Barbour County woman won $50,000 after purchasing a Jurassic World scratch-off ticket at Mountaineer Mart Philippi, according to the West Virginia Lottery.
Lottery officials said Ursula N. claimed the prize on Feb. 20, 2026. She bought the winning ticket at the Philippi convenience store, where the $50,000 top prize was validated.
The winning ticket was part of the Lottery’s ongoing scratch-off game lineup available to players across the state.
The store, located in the city of Philippi, will receive a retailer bonus for selling the winning ticket.
