MOUNDSVILLE, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A West Virginia man has been sentenced to 77 months in prison for receiving drugs in the mail.
According to U.S. Attorney William Ihlenfeld, Daniel R. Grossi, 70, of Moundsville, has been sentenced to 77 months in prison for trafficking fentanyl and methamphetamine.
Court documents and statements reveal that Grossi was actively selling these illegal substances in Marshall County.
The investigation showed that he was receiving significant quantities of cocaine, fentanyl, heroin, and methamphetamine through the mail.
In addition to his prison term, Grossi will be subjected to three years of supervised release following the completion of his sentence.
