WYOMING COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – An 81-year-old Wyoming County man is out on bond after being arrested for allegedly trying to get a minor to touch his privates.
According to Wyoming County Deputies, Charles Clark, 81, of Clear Fork, confessed to pulling out his privates and trying to get an underage minor to touch it, but the minor would not. The incident happened in Clark’s living room while they were sitting on the couch. Clark told deputies, “I just did it, I don’t know why.”
The child told authorities that Clark would pull out his privates and try to get her to touch it. She described the layout and decor of the living room, which deputies were able to confirm.
Clark was charged with sexual abuse by a guardian or person in a position of trust to a child.
