HINTON, WV (LOOTPRESS) – Front Street, at the intersection of 4th Avenue, is currently closed to through traffic due to concerns about roadway undermining.
While drivers can still make a left turn off 4th Avenue, access to Front Street beyond that point is restricted.

The closure affects an area near the Hinton waterslide and the old CSX yard office building.
Repairs to address the issue will be conducted at a later time.
Drivers are advised to seek alternate routes.
