MCDOWELL COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – The McDowell County Sheriff’s Office has issued active arrest warrants for Jonathan Stacy of Brenton in connection with a shoplifting incident at Newberry’s Food & Fuel.
Authorities say Mr. Stacy is encouraged to turn himself in to the McDowell County Sheriff’s Office or any West Virginia law enforcement agency.

Police say all individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
