FALLING WATERS, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A West Virginia man died in a crash in Franklin County, Pennsylvania, on Thursday, October 23.
Desmond Pantaja, 55, of Falling Waters, was driving an International Harvester LT62A on Molly Pitcher Highway (Route 11) near Greenview Drive in Antrim Township just before 3 p.m., according to Pennsylvania State Police.

Authorities say Pantaja may have experienced a medical episode, causing him to veer off the road and strike a mailbox, utility pole, and an embankment.
Pantaja was not wearing a seat belt and was pronounced dead at the scene.
Pennsylvania State Police continue to investigate the crash.
