BECKLEY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A man from New York is facing charges out of Raleigh County, West Virginia, after he allegedly sexually assaulted a juvenile.
According to Beckley Police, on July 17, 2025, a sexual assault complaint was made to detectives. A juvenile disclosed that Ralphie Garcia had touched her inappropriately while in Beckley.
The victim stated that Garcia began lifting her skirt up and taking a picture. He asked her to do a few things in preparation and then sexually assaulted her.
At the time of the complaint, Garcia moved out of state.
Garcia is charged with 2nd-degree sexual assault and is in Southern Regional Jail.
