Mercer County deserves a prosecutor who is ready on day one to walk into a courtroom, handle difficult cases, and fight for justice without hesitation.
That is why I am running for Mercer County Prosecuting Attorney.
This campaign is not about politics or empty slogans. It is about protecting our communities, supporting law enforcement, standing up for victims, and making sure the Prosecutor’s Office is led by someone with courtroom experience.
I have spent years practicing criminal law, handling serious cases, working closely with law enforcement on investigations and trials, and spending long hours in courtrooms where the decisions made have real impacts on families and public safety. Those experiences have shown me just how important this job is and how much responsibility comes with it.
Families in Mercer County deserve to feel safe in their homes, schools, and communities. They deserve a prosecutor who will aggressively pursue violent crime and drug trafficking, hold repeat offenders accountable, and work hand in hand with law enforcement to keep dangerous individuals off our streets. Mercer County deserves someone passionate and experienced.
At the same time, justice must be fair. A prosecutor’s job is not simply about winning cases. It is about pursuing the truth, following the law, and making sure the system works fairly and consistently for everyone involved.
I believe Mercer County needs experienced, steady leadership focused on results instead of politics.
- As Prosecuting Attorney, I will focus on the following:
- Aggressively prosecuting violent crime and drug trafficking
- Building strong partnerships with local and state law enforcement
- Protecting children and vulnerable victims
- Maintaining professionalism and accountability within the Prosecutor’s Office
- Improving efficiency and reducing unnecessary delays
- Being present, prepared, and active in the courtroom
I am proud to have earned the endorsement of the West Virginia Troopers Association because they understand the importance of experience, trust, and teamwork between prosecutors and law enforcement.
But more than any endorsement, I want to earn the trust of the people of Mercer County.
This office is too important for on-the-job training. Mercer County deserves a prosecutor with the experience, judgment, and work ethic to lead effectively from the very beginning.
I am running because I believe Mercer County deserves strong leadership, safer communities, and a prosecutor who will put the people of this county first every single day.
I would be honored to earn your support and your vote for Mercer County Prosecuting Attorney.
