WHITE SULPHUR SPRINGS, WV (LOOTPRESS) – An agreement has been reached to avoid the auction of The Greenbrier Hotel.
The Justice family announced today that they have reached an agreement with Beltway Capital, successfully averting the sale of Greenbrier assets.
Under the terms of the agreement, Beltway Capital is set to receive a specific amount by October 24, 2024.
The Justice family has already secured the necessary funding to fulfill this obligation.
Beltway Capital retains the right to take further action if the Justice family fails to meet the terms of the agreement.
Once the payment is made in full, all issues related to The Greenbrier and Glade Springs will be resolved.
