PRINCETON, WV (LOOTPRESS) – WVU Medicine Princeton Community Hospital and MMG Primary Care have announced that experienced providers, Ariel Shulte, PA-C and Kassandra Nelson-Jones have joined the healthcare team.
A graduate of the University of Charleston Physician Assistant program, Ariel Shulte brings a decade of experience as a P.A. to MMG, with a focus in chronic disease management and family medicine. Her experience includes service in a variety of healthcare environments including veterans’ clinics and primary care.
She has managed a broad range of acute and chronic conditions throughout her career and has displayed a dedication to the fostering of patient health and wellness, aligning with the MMG mission of providing compassionate and accessible healthcare to patients of all ages.
Kassandra Nelson-Jones brings over 20 years of physician assistant experience along with a wealth of knowledge pertaining to patient-centered care and family medicine. She will also bring to the table valuable skill sets in areas of treatment including patient assessment, patient education, and treatment planning, among others.
Her career has also entailed management of acute and chronic conditions, along with providing comprehensive healthcare in various settings, including long-term and clinical settings.
WVU Medicine Princeton Community Hospital President of Ambulatory Services, Lee Grimes expressed excitement at the addition of Kassandra Nelson-Jones and Ariel Shulte to the team, stating, “We were very fortunate to be able to employe Ariel and Kassie, after Dr. Glasscock had to leave the area suddenly, so they could continue taking care of their patients right at home.”
WVU Medicine Princeton Community Hospital operates MMG Primary Care to provide comprehensive healthcare services at their 118 12th Street location in the Princeton area behind Princeton Community Hospital.
