MCDOWELL COUNTY, W.V. – Over the weekend Deputies with the McDowell County Sheriff’s Office conducted numerous search warrants and executed numerous arrest warrants in McDowell County.
Below is a list of arrests made.
Robert Crockett W/M DOB: 08-02-1977 of War, WV, Possession with intent to deliver a schedule I controlled substance (heroin), Possession with intent to deliver a schedule I controlled substance (marijuana), Possession with intent to deliver a schedule IV controlled substance (alpraz), Possession with intent to deliver a schedule IV controlled substance (Diaz), Maintaining a dwelling for the sale of controlled substance. He was arraigned before Magistrate Richard VanDyke and a bond of $80,000 was set.
Earnie Troy Gibson W/M DOB: 06-24-1987 of Jolo, WV, Fugitive from Justice arraigned before Magistrate Richard VanDyke No Bond was set
Lewis Edward Hunley W/M DOB: 01-31-1983 of Welch, WV, Possession of a Sch I controlled substance, Possession of a Sch II controlled substance, Fugitive from Justice arraigned before Magistrate Richard VanDyke No Bond was set on Fugitive from Justice warrants PR bond was set on the Possession charges
Roscoe Emory Barton W/M DOB: 09-30-1960 of Newhall, WV, Possession with Intent to deliver a Schedule II controlled Substance (Heroin), Maintaining a Dwelling for the Sale of a Controlled Substance Arraigned before Magistrate Steve Cox and a bond of $85,000 was set
Brittany Renae Simpkins W/F DOB: 06-21-1996 of War, WV, Fugitive from Justice was arraigned before Magistrate Steve Cox and no bond was set.
Cassandra May Hawkins W/F DOB: 01-20-1990 of Skygusty, WV, Possession with Intent to deliver a Schedule I Substance x2 (heroin), Maintaining a Dwelling for the Sale of a Controlled Substance x2, Child Neglect creating a risk of Injury arraigned before Magistrate Steve Cox and a Bond of $70,000.00 was set.
